
Dr. Peter Lee, DO, RPVI Vascular Surgeon
Dr. Lee earned his bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from Columbia University in New York. He then obtained his masters degree in medical sciences from Drexel University College of Medicine before completing his medical degree from Midwestern University Arizona COM. He completed his 5-year general surgery training in New York at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital before journeying to Michigan where he completed his 2-year Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University.
Dr. Lee prides himself in the quality of his work and strives for excellence in his patient-centered approach to vascular medicine. Dedicating a significant part of his career to community outreach through various activities including an international medical mission trip to Ghana, West Africa, and having experienced the entire spectrum of modern open and endovascular surgery techniques during training, Dr. Lee brings a well-rounded skillset to Vegas Vascular Specialties.
Dr. Lee has clinical interests in vascular and endovascular surgery including thoracic outlet syndrome, abdominal and thoracoabdominal aneurysm disease, carotid, brachiocephalic and upper extremity arterial disease, aortic reconstruction of aortoiliac disease, peripheral and mesenteric occlusive/aneurysmal disease, hemodialysis access, and venous disease. He has made numerous contributions to peer-reviewed presentations at multiple national conferences on vascular disease.
Dr. Lee was raised in Los Angeles, CA. He speaks both English and Korean fluently, along with Spanish. Away from the operating room, Dr. Lee may be found enjoying the arts, playing golf, and traveling the world.
